STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
YFIBIGO’s strategic objectives are such that by building youth mental resilience and moral awareness, a youth is capable to manage stress, peer pressure, and anxiety. By fostering belonging and cross-cultural understanding, a youth is able to develop stronger identity, and empathy for diversity. By strengthening academic and vocational engagement, a youth has better tendenciy of staying in school, and increased career readiness- thus avoiding banditry, vices and criminality. By promoting cooperative citizenship and volunteerism, a youth see service of others-general welfare, and teamwork as pathways to leadership. By supporting policy advocacy and community partnership, sustainable youth systems are linked to schools and agencies.
Our Campaign
- We believe in mentally and morally strengthening young people — helping them overcome the roots of violence, addiction, depression, and hopelessness. Our vision is a Canada where every youth — whether French-Canadian, Chinese-Canadian, Nigerian-Canadian, Qatari-Canadian, or from any heritage — can live in safety, dignity, and purpose within a moral climate that sustains peace, wellbeing, and respect for life.
- We promote education as more than a pathway to employment. True education should also awaken the inner life — nurturing discipline, empathy, and integrity. It must help youth understand their place in the human family and equip them to resist the forces of underdevelopment, laziness, and social harm.
- We advocate a cooperative system of living and learning — one that brings people of all backgrounds together for community development, racial harmony, and shared prosperity. Through cooperative sensitization, we encourage brotherhood, sisterhood, and goodwill as practical foundations for a humane and inclusive Canada.
