YFIBIGO Organizational Overview
Youths for Intellectualism and Behavioral Improvement Global Outreach (YFIBIGO) is a nonprofit organization registered in Nigeria and operating in good legal standing with relevant regulatory authorities.
As a continental and global movement, YFIBIGO was founded on a central conviction: Sustainable African transformation begins with the reconstruction of education. The organization exists to address the root causes of Africa’s social, economic, and political challenges by rebuilding the intellectual, moral, and civic foundations of its people through African-centered education and development systems.
YFIBIGO responds to interconnected challenges, including declining educational quality, youth disempowerment, weak civic values, economic fragmentation, and social instability. These challenges are understood not as isolated issues, but as outcomes of a deeper philosophical gap within existing systems of education and development. To address this, YFIBIGO operates through an integrated model that combines advocacy, education, community-based development, and global collaboration.
A Global Movement
YFIBIGO extends beyond national boundaries to connect:
- Youth within Africa
- African youths in the diaspora
- Educators, researchers, and institutions globally
Through this structure, the organization bridges local transformation with global capacity, ensuring that Africa’s development is informed by both indigenous knowledge systems and global experience.
Our Model of Reconstruction
YFIBIGO delivers its mission through four interconnected pillars designed to transform the individual, the community, and the nation while leveraging global African potential:
National Reconstruction Campaign
(Advocacy & Policy Transformation)
YFIBIGO leads a national and continental movement advocating for the reconstruction of education systems based on African philosophy, moral development, and civic responsibility. Through petitions, policy dialogue, research engagement, and public mobilization, the campaign brings together educators, scholars, youth leaders, and institutions to advance systemic change in education and governance. This pillar focuses on shaping ideas, influencing policy, and building a unified voice for reconstruction.
YFIBIGO Academy
(Education & Intellectual Development)
The YFIBIGO Academy provides structured learning programs designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and frameworks required for societal reconstruction.
The Academy delivers courses, training modules, and intellectual resources that explore:
- The philosophical foundations of African education
- The historical and structural causes of systemic failure
- Principles of African-centered curriculum development
- The relationship between education, identity, and national development
These programs target educators, students, policymakers, researchers, and youth leaders, forming a new generation of thinkers capable of leading transformation.
YFIBIGO Cooperative Network
(Community & Economic Transformation)
The YFIBIGO Cooperative Network promotes high-trust, community-based systems of development rooted in cooperation, shared responsibility, and collective progress.
This pillar focuses on:
- Cooperative economic models
- Community-led development initiatives
- Leadership and participatory governance
- Social trust and ethical responsibility
Through cooperative education and networked collaboration, YFIBIGO translates ideas into practical societal outcomes.
Global African Youths Diaspora Network
(Global Engagement, Investment & Knowledge Transfer)

African youths in the diaspora represent a critical extension of Africa’s:

- Global networks
YFIBIGO transforms this potential into structured impact through:
- Mentorship programs connecting diaspora professionals with emerging African leaders
- Investment pathways supporting youth-led and cooperative initiatives
